[English]
In this study, the aim of green synthesis of gold nanoparticles by seed extract of Hyoscyamus niger under optimized conditions and to characterize the produced nanoparticles in order to confirm and introduce the method of green synthesis of nanoparticles. Black henbane seed extract was prepared by hydroalcoholic method and 1 mM gold salt solution was added to the extract under conditions of different ratios of gold salt to plant extracts, pH, temperature (°Ϲ) and incubation time. In order to optimize the conditions, Taguchi method were used and the L8 orthogonal array table with four factors and different levels was designed. Experiments were recorded to evaluate the progress of the UV-vis spectrum reaction. The size of gold nanoparticles synthesized by DLS was determined and used as a result to determine the appropriate levels of each factor. Concentration of 150: 450 μl, pH=8, temperature of 60 ° C and one-hour, were determined optimal levels of synthesis gold nanoparticle by BH seed extract. The XRD spectrum confirmed the presence of gold nanoparticles and the FTIR spectrum confirmed the functionalization of the nanoparticles by organic molecules present in the seeds of BH. The amount of electric charge was -19.8 at the surface of gold nanoparticles according to zeta analysis. Microscopic results showed uniformity and suitable size of gold nanoparticles in the range of 10 nm. The final results indicate the biosynthesis of nanoparticles by plant extracts as an effective, useful, low cost, biocompatible, high efficiency and feasible method in a shorter period of time.
