Significant differences in the number of repetitions of each cis-regulatory element among promoters were determined by a variety of statistical methods available at bioinformatics IDEG6 tool. The results showed that eight cis-regulatory elements,including ARE,CAAT-box,ABRE,Unnamed-4,Box-W1,TGA-element,W box and TATA-box had significant and different occurrences between two promoters. It can be suggested that gene TRX5 unlike gene CAT2 is able to respond to biotic stress due to the presence of a greater number of specific regulatory elements in response to pathogen(Box-W1 and W box) and auxin(TGA-element). Also, a part of the expression pattern of these genes in response to abiotic stresses can be justified due to the presence of different number of repetitions of specific regulatory element in response to auxin(TGA-element) on the TRX5 gene promoter and anaerobic regulatory element(ARE) and abscisic acid regulatory element(ABRE) on the CAT2 gene promoter. Based on these results, TRX5 plays a role in response to biotic and abiotic stresses. Identification of these genes with functional response to biotic and abiotic stresses can be considered a huge progress in order to select candidate genes for genetic manipulation to enhance plants stress tolerance.}, keywords = {CAT2,TRX5,Promoter analysis,Gene expression}, title_fa = {بررسی مقایسه ای پروموترهای ژن های Catalase2 و Thioredoxin H5 در آرابیدوپسیس به منظور تعیین نحوه ی کارکرد آن ها در پاسخ به تنش های زیستی و غیر زیستی}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی نقش عناصر تنظیمی سیس نواحی پروموتری بر الگوی بیان ژنهای Catalase 2 (CAT2) و Thioredoxin H5 (TRX5) در گیاه آرابیدوپسیس در پاسخ به تنشهای مختلف زیستی و غیرزیستی، توالی پروموتری ژن‌های موردنظر، عناصر تنظیمی سیس موجود در آنها و داده‌های مربوط به بیان این ژنها در تنشهای مختلف به ترتیب با استفاده از Phytozome، PlantCARE و The Bio-Array Resource for Plant Biology دریافت گردید.به منظور تعیین تفاوتهای معنی‌دار در تعداد تکرارهای هر کدام از عناصر تنظیمی سیس بین پروموترها از آزمونهای آماری مختلف موجود در ابزار بیوانفورماتیک IDEG6 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که 8 عنصر تنظیمی شاملARE ، CAAT-box، ABRE، Unnamed__4، Box-W1، TGA-element، W box و TATA-box بین دو پروموتر دارای تعداد تکرار متفاوت و معنی‌داری بودند.به نظر میرسد وجود تعداد بیشتری از عناصراختصاصی تنظیمی پاسخ به پاتوژن( Box-W1 و W box) و پاسخ به اکسین(TGA-element)، ژن TRX5 را برخلاف ژن CAT2 قادر به پاسخ به تنش زیستی میکند. همچنین وجود تعداد تکرارهای متفاوتی از عنصر تنظیمی اختصاصی پاسخ به اکسین (TGA-element) در پروموتر ژن TRX5 و عناصر تنظیمی پاسخ بی‌هوازی (ARE) و پاسخ به آبسزیک اسید (ABRE) در پروموتر ژن CAT2 بخشی از الگوی بیان این دو ژن را در پاسخ به تنش‌های غیرزیستی توجیه نمود.بر اساس این نتایج، TRX5 هم در پاسخ به تنشهای زیستی و هم غیرزیستی نقش دارد. شناسایی این گونه ژنها با کارکرد پاسخ به تنشهای زیستی و غیرزیستی می‌تواند پیشرفت بزرگی در جهت انتخاب ژنهای کاندید مناسب جهت دستورزی ژنتیکی به منظور افزایش تحمل به تنشها درگیاهان به شمار رود.}, keywords_fa = {CAT2,TRX5,Promoter analysis,Gene expression}, url = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_966.html}, eprint = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_966_c07a093efcb22e7805953c3323e61f7d.pdf} }
