A lot of research is being done in the world with the aim of introducing new and effective SARS-COV-2 antiviral compounds, especially herbal compounds. The purpose of this study to screening main protease (Mpro) inhibitors and spike glycoprotein from among plant phenolic and terpenoid compounds using bioinformatics tools.Three dimension and chemical structures of virus proteins and plant phenolic and terpenoid compounds were retrieval from Protein Data Bank and Pubchem database respectively. Finally, plant compounds on the main protease (Mpro) and virus S virus, molecular docking was investigated using iGemdock 2.1 software and then,In the next step, physicochemical properties of the candidate plant compounds for  permeability, solubility and gastrointestinal absorption were predicted using SwissADME software.4 terpenoid compounds, glycyrrhizic acid, Saikosaponin B2, Polyphyllin I and Withaferin A and 7 phenolic compounds, EGCG ، Rosmarinic acid ، Silibinin ، Chlorogenic acid ، Proanthocyanidin ، Procyanidin B2 , Anthocyanin with Strong binding energy compared to reference medicinal compounds such as Azithramycine and Remdesivir are good candidate for inhibiting spike Glycoprotein and the main protease of the virus (Mpro).According to results both phenolic and terpenoid compounds compared to standard chemical drugs had good inhibitory effects for Mpro proteinase and Spike glycoprotein virus and can be good candidates for in vitro and in vivo studies.}, keywords = {"SARS-COV-2","Mpro proteinase","Spike glycoprotein","Phytochemical compounds","Molecular Docking"}, title_fa = {بررسی مهارپذیری متابولیت های ثانویه گیاهی در مقایسه با داروهای شیمیایی بر روی پروتئاز اصلی Mpro و Spike گلیکوپروتئین ویروس SARS-CoV-2 ( nCov-19 ) به روش داکینگ مولکولی}, abstract_fa = {عفونت ناشی از ویروس SARS-COV-2 یکی از عوامل اصلی مرگ و میر در قرن 21 است. پژوهش های زیادی با هدف معرفی ترکیبات موثر ضد ویروس SARS-COV-2 بویژه ترکیبات گیاهی در حال انجام است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، غربالگری بیوانفورماتیکی مهار کننده های پروتئاز اصلی (Mpro ) و پروتئین S ویروس از میان ترکیبات فنولی و ترپنوئیدی گیاهی می باشد. ساختار سه بعدی و شیمیایی پروتئین های ویروس و ترکیبات فنولی و ترپنوئیدی گیاهی از پایگاه  داده های پروتئین و Pubchem دریافت شد. در نهایت ترکیبات گیاهی بر روی پروتئاز اصلی (Mpro ) و پروتئین S ویروس به روش داکینگ مولکولی با استفاده از نرم افزار iGemdock 2.1  بررسی سپس خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی ترکیبات از نظر نفوذپذیری، حلالیت و جذب گوارشی با استفاده از نرم افزار Swiss ADME پیش بینی شد. 4 ترکیب ترپنوئیدی گلیسریزیک اسید ( glycyrrhizic acid)، سیکوساپونین B2 ( Saikosaponin B2 )، پولیفیلین I ( Polyphyllin I )  و ویتافرین A ( Withaferin A ) و 7 ترکیب فنولی EGCG ، رزماریک اسید ( Rosmarinic acid ) ، سیلیبینین ( Silibinin ) ، کلروژنیک اسید ( Chlorogenic acid ) ، پروآنتوسیانیدین ( Proanthocyanidin ) ، پروسیانیدین B2 ( Procyanidin B2 ) و آنتوسیانین ( Anthocyanin ) با داشتن انرژی اتصال قوی در مقایسه با  ترکیبات دارویی مرجع مانند آزیترومایسین ( Azithramycine ) و رمدیسیویر ( Remdesivir) و غیره ، کاندیدهای فیتوشیمیایی بسیار مناسبی برای مهار گلیکوپروتئین S و پروتئاز اصلی ویروس (Mpro ) می باشند. طبق نتایج هر دو ترکیب فنولی و ترپنوئیدی در مقایسه با داروهای شیمیایی ، قدرت مهار مناسبی برای پروتئاز Mpro و پروتئین S ویروس دارند و می توانند نامزدهای مناسبی جهت بررسی های in vitro و in vivo  باشند.}, keywords_fa = {"ویروس SARS-COV-2","پروتئاز Mpro","گلیکوپروتئین S ","ترکیبات گیاهی","داکینگ مولکولی"}, url = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1898.html}, eprint = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1898_7f89c36ff28285928feb31bdae960b57.pdf} }
