Bayat and Niknejad (Zn-efficient) and Hirmand and Karaj 1 (Zn-inefficient) cultivars were grown under soil Zn deficiency and normal conditions. The expression levels of three above-mentioned genes were measured using Real time PCR technique in leaf and root tissues of the cultivars at two growth stages: one month after germination (vegetative) and 30% of heading (reproductive). The results of variance analysis and mean comparison of treatments showed that the highest rate of CAT expression (5.74 fold) observed in Zn-efficient cultivars (Bayat and Niknejad) at reproductive stage under soil Zn deficiency conditions. Moreover, the expression levels of CAT and APX in leaves of Zn-efficient cultivars were more than those of inefficient cultivars under soil Zn deficiency. The highest expression level of PPO (5.62 fold) was obtained in the leaves of Bayat (Zn-efficient) cultivar under Zn deficiency conditions. Therefore, the results of the current study proposed the possible roles of the genes encoding three studied antioxidant enzymes in tolerance of Zn-efficient bread wheat cultivars against soil Zn deficiency.}, keywords = {Catalase enzyme,Ascorbate peroxidase enzyme,Gene expression,bread wheat}, title_fa = {الگوی بیان ژن های کدکننده آنزیم های کاتالاز، آسکوربات پراکسیداز و پلی فنل اکسیداز تحت شرایط کمبود روی خاک در گندم نان}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی اثر تنش کمبود روی (Zn) بر بیان ژن‌های کدکننده آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان کاتالاز (Catalase)، آسکوربات‌پراکسیداز (Ascorbate‌peroxidase) و پلی‌فنل‌اکسیداز (Polyphenol oxidase) در ارقام روی-کارا و روی-ناکارا گندم نان، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 3 تکرار در گلخانه اجرا شد. ارقام بیات و نیک نژاد (روی-کارا) و هیرمند و کرج 1 (روی-ناکارا) در شرایط کمبود روی خاک و کفایت آن کشت و بیان ژن‌های کد کننده این سه آنزیم در برگ و ریشه ارقام در دو مرحله یک ماه بعد از جوانه‌زنی (رویشی) و 30 درصد سنبله‌دهی (زایشی) با روش Real time PCR اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس و مقایسه میانگین تیمارها نشان داد بیشترین افزایش میزان بیان ژن کاتالاز (74/5 برابر کنترل) در شرایط کمبود روی در ارقام روی-کارا بیات و نیک نژاد در مرحله زایشی مشاهده می‌شود. همچنین میزان بیان این ژن و ژن کدکننده آنزیم آسکوربات‌پراکسیداز در شرایط کمبود روی در بافت برگ ارقام روی-کارا بطور معنی‌داری بیشتر از بافت برگ ارقام روی-ناکارا بود. بیشترین افزایش بیان ژن کدکننده آنزیم پلی‌فنل‌اکسیداز (62/5 برابر کنترل) نیز در شرایط کمبود روی در برگ رقم روی-کارا بیات مشاهده شد. بنابراین نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می‌دهد ژن‌های کدکننده هر سه آنزیم آنتی اکسیدان فوق در تحمل تنش کمبود روی خاک در ارقام روی-کارا گندم دخیل می‌باشند.}, keywords_fa = {آنزیم کاتاتلاز,آنزیم آسکوربات پراکسیداز,بیان ژن,گندم نان}, url = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1607.html}, eprint = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1607_dfad3b39e8535840008312bb90c064a6.pdf} }
