Essential oil sample after drying in the shade, to hydrodistillation using a Clevenger apparatus were isolated. The antibacterial effects of Han dilution preparation were evaluated by disc diffusion method. In order to standardize the method of antibiotic disks and ATCC bacteria were used. Results showed that the interactions between plants and diluted in a dilution of 1, 2/1 and 4/1 deterrent effect of lavender plants on five different bacteria than the rosemary plant more meaningful. As the diameter of growth inhibition compared the interactions between bacteria and dilution of the plant showed the highest inhibitory effect on oil dilution 1 is P.mirabilis Comparison of the effects of essential oils of lavender and rosemary together on five different bacteria showed that dilution of 1, 2/1 and 4/1 lavender oil P.mirabilis maximum inhibitory effect on bacteria other than its deterrent effect Rosemary plant was the most significant. Determination of MIC and MBC of lavender and rosemary essential oils showed a bacteriostatic effect on bacteria than similar E.fecalis .The bactericidal effects on all bacteria, but bacteria S.epidermis essence is the same. Evaluation of disk diffusion method in comparison with antibiotic discs, the effect of the plant compared to gentamicin disk Streptomycin against five strains of five different bacteria showed. The results of this study and other studies show that the essence of medicinal plants can be used instead of chemical drugs to treat the infection.}, keywords = {lavender,Rosemary,anti-bacterial,oil}, title_fa = {اثرات متقابل ضد باکتریایی اسانس رزماری و اسانس اسطوخودوس برروی دو باکتری گرم مثبت و سه باکتری گرم منفی در محیط آزمایشگاهی}, abstract_fa = {اسانس های روغنی نمونه بعد از خشک شدن گیاه در سایه، به روش تقطیر با آب و با استفاده از دستگاه کلونجر جداسازی شدند. اثرات ضد باکتریایی این گیاهان توسط روش انتشار از دیسک وتهیه رقت های متوالی ارزیابی شدند. به منظور کنترل و استاندارد بودن روش، از دیسک های آنتی بیوتیکی و سویه های استاندارد باکتریال استفاده شد. اثرات متقابل نشان داد که در رقت های 1، 2/1 و4/1 اثر بازدارنده گیاه اسطوخودوس بر روی پنج باکتری مختلف با هم نسبت به گیاه رزماری بیشتر و معنی دار است. مقایسه میانگین اثرات متقابل قطر هاله ممانعت از رشد بین باکتری ها و رقت های دو گیاه نشان داد که رقت 1 اسانس ها بیشترین اثر بازدارندگی را بر پروتئوس میرابیلیس دارد. همچنین مقایسه اثرات مختلف اسانس های اسطوخودوس و رزماری بر روی پنج باکتری مختلف با یکدیگر نشان داد که رقت 1، 2/1 و 4/1 اسانس اسطوخودوس بیشترین اثر بازدارندگی را بر پروتئوس میرابیلیس نسبت به باکتری های دیگر دارد و اثر بازدارندگی آن نسبت به گیاه رزماری بیشتر و معنی دار بود. تعیین میزان MIC و MBC اسانس اسطوخودوس و رزماری نشان داد که اثر باکتریواستاتیک اسانس ها بر روی باکتری ها بجز انتروباکتر فکالیس مشابه است البته اثر باکتریوسایدی اسانس ها بر روی تمام باکتری ها بجز باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اپیدرمیدیسمشابه می باشد. نتایج روش انتشار از دیسک نیز در مقایسه با دیسک های آنتی بیوتیک، تاثیر این گیاه را در مقایسه با دیسک های جنتامایسین واسترپتومایسین، درمقابل رشد پنج سویه مورد مطالعه نشان داد.}, keywords_fa = {lavender,Rosemary,anti-bacterial,oil}, url = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1090.html}, eprint = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1090_62f79f870b0ad4be89509be0126e6c83.pdf} }
