کشف رابطهی میان تنظیم بیان ژنها و تغییرات هیستون استیلاسیون با استفاده از شبکه عصبی
استیلاسیون پروتئینهای هیستونی یکی از مهمترین فرآیندهای اپیژنتیکی است که به منظور تنظیم بیان ژنها رخ میدهد. کروماتین به واسطهی اتصال گروه استیل به دنبالهی هیستونی نوکلئوزومهایش، رشتهی DNA را در دسترس فاکتورهای رونویسی و دیگر پروتئینهای تنظیمکنندهی بیان ژن قرار میدهد. مطالعات نشان داده که نوع استیلاسیون نوکلئوزومها میتواند در شناسایی جایگاه پیوند فاکتورهای رونویسی یک سیگنال مهم باشد.در این تحقیق هدف یافتن یک روش محاسباتی برای پیشگویی جایگاه فاکتورهای رونویسی براساس الگوی نوع پراکندگی 18 هیستون استلاسیون است. در این راستا، الگوی پراکندگی 18 هیستون استیلاسیون در سلول CD4+ T انسان که اطراف فاکتور رونویسی SP1 قرار گرفتهاند را تحلیل کردیم. نتایج نشان داد که از 18 هیستون استیلاسیون 12 نوع از آنها در شناسایی جایگاه فاکتور رونویسی SP1 موثرند. سپس به وسیلهی تکنیک یادگیری با نظارت، یک شبکهی چند لایهی پرسپترون را براساس جایگاههای پیوند فاکتور رونویسی SP1 (استخراج شده از کروموزوم 1 انسانی ) و الگوی پراکندگی 12 هیستون در اطراف آن ها، آموزش دادیم. در نهایت از این شبکه برای پیشگویی 12 فاکتور رونویسی دیگر در کروموزومهای 1 و 2 و SP1 بر روی کروموزوم 2 انسانی استفاده نمودیم.

مدل سازی پروتئین استرس گرمایی70 (HSP70) زنبورعسل به روش همولوژی مدلینگ و شبیه سازی ملکولی و اتصال آن به HSP40
استرس گرمایی یکی از مهمترین مشکلاتی است که تاثیر منفی بر روی مصرف غذا، نرخ رشد، شبکه عصبی، عملکرد سیستم ایمنی و همچنین نرخ مرگ و میردارد. در شرایط استرس گرمایی، سنتز اکثر پروتئینها به تاخیر میافتد اما پروتئینهای استرس گرمایی(HSP) به طورسریع سنتز می شوند و نقش مهمی در زنده مانی سلولها دارند. از مهمترین آنها، HSP70 می باشد که ساختار کریستالوگرافی آن در زنبورعسل گزارش نشده و مدلسازی آن می تواند زمینه تشخیص مکانیسم عمل آن در مقابل تنشهای محیطی را در زنبورعسل فراهم نموده و هزینه های مربوط به تنشهای محیطی را کم کند. همچنین HSP40 یک تنظیم کننده مکانیسم عمل HSP70 است. لذا، در این تحقیق مدلسازی کامل هر دو پروتئین صورت گرفت و در ادامه میانکنش پروتئین HSP70وHSP40 با استفاده از نرم افزارهای مدلسازی در دو وضعیت مطالعه شد. 1- مطالعه داکینگ دو پروتئین به صورت کور، که ساختار کامل هر دو پروتئین در داکینگ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و نتایج آن نشان داد اتصال بین دو پروتئین در دو ناحیه اتفاق می افتد;HSP70 از ناحیه اسید آمینه های 430-400 و 640-620 به ترتیب با اسیدآمینه های 350-330 و 175-165 در HSP40 متصل می شود. 2- بر اساس مطالعات گذشته، داکینگ تنها در بخش محتمل برای اتصال صورت گرفت، برهمکنش بین ناحیهJdomainاز HSP40 با کل پروتئین HSP70 ، که نشان داد اسید آمینه های 41-28 از دمین J در HSP40 با یک شیار اسیدی از دمین ATPase درHSP70، میانکنش دارند. نتایج حاصل میتواند به فهم بهتر عملکرد دو پروتئین و طراحی داروهای ضداسترس کمک نماید.

شناسایی و تعیین خصوصیات میکرو RNAهای حفاظت شده در عدس
میکرو RNAها (miRNAs) دستهای از مولکولهای ریز RNA، غیر کد کنندهی درونزا، با طولی حدود 24-18 نوکلئوتید محسوب میشوند که ژنهای هدف را در سطح پس از رونویسی در گیاهان کنترل میکنند. همچنین این گروه از RNA ها نقش مهمی در رشد و نمو، فرآیندهای زیستی، تکثیر سلولی و پاسخ به تنشها در گیاهان ایفا میکنند. تا به امروز، هیچگونه گزارشی از شناسایی miRNA برای عدس ثبت نشده است، این در حالی است که چندین گزارش از وجود miRNA در سایر گونههای حبوبات وجود دارد. لذا در مطالعه حاضر بهمنظور پیشبینی و تحلیل miRNAهای حفاظت شده بالقوه و ژنهای هدفشان در عدس، RNA کل از بافت برگ با استفاده از روش ترایزول استخراج شد و مورد توالییابی قرار گرفت. ابتدا یونیژنهای غیرکننده به پروتئین شناسایی شدند و بهعنوان توالیهای کاندید پیشساز miRNA در نظر گرفته شد. در نهایت از بین آنها پنج miRNA با عناوین miR156، miR166، miR167، miR171 و miR391 متعلق به 5 خانواده حفاظت شده miRNA پس از یکسری فیلترهای سختگیرانه شناسایی شد. علاوه بر این، mRNA ژنهای هدف با استفاده از نواحی جفت شده با miRNAها پیشبینی شدند. در مجموع با توجه به نقش تنظیمی میرناهای شناسایی شده بر طیف وسیعی از ژنهای پاییندستی شبکههای ژنی، میتوان از این میرناها بهعنوان ژنهای کاندید در برنامههای بهنژادی عدس با هدف بهبود عملکرد کمی و کیفی بهره برد.

جداسازی، شناسایی مولکولی و بهینه سازی تولید آنزیم آمیلاز در اکتینومیست دریایی (Acx1) از خور شادگان
اکتینومیست هاباکتری های گرم مثبت و منابعی سرشاراز ترکیبات زیستی فعال می باشند که متابولیت های ثانویه حاصله از آنها به طور گسترده به عنوان ترکیبات دارویی استفاده شده است. یکی از مهمترین متابولیتهای ثانویه آنزیم ها می باشند که بعنوان بیوکاتالیست در پروسه های بیولوژیکی عمل می°کنند. این ترکیبات به لحاظ اقتصادی مقرون به صرفه و سازگار با محیط زیست می باشند. استحصال انواع آنزیمها ازاکتینومیست ها کمک شایانی به صنعت واقتصادجهانی کرده است به طوری که یکی از شاخص های رونق اقتصادی در کشور های پیشرفته بهره مندی از این آنزیم هاست .هدف از این تحقیق جداسازی و شناسایی اکتینومیست از رسوبات خور شادگان و بررسی شرایط بهینه رشدوتولید آنزیم آمیلاز در جدایهمنتخب می باشد.شناسائی مولکولی جدایه توسط تکثیر ژن 16S rRNA بااستفاده از پرایمرهای 27 F و1492R طی فرایند PCR انجام شد. شرایط بهینه رشد جدایهAcx1 در شرایط نمک 6% و8pHو نیز دمای ℃35 پایش شدو مقدار آنزیم بدست آمده در شرایط بهینه 80150 واحد (یک واحد فعالیت آمیلازی مقدار آنزیم مورد نیاز برای آزادسازی یک میکرو مول گلوگز در یک دقیقه است ) بود. نتیجه حاصل نشان داد که تولید آنزیم با آهنگ رشد باکتری رابطه مستقیم دارد.

بررسی فنوتیپی جدایه های اسینتوباکتر بومانی مولد بتالاکتاماز وسیع الطیف (ESBL) در مراجعه کنندگان به یک بیمارستان نظامی استان گیلان
زمینه: Acinetobacterﮐﻮﮐﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻞ ﮔﺮﻡ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ ﺍﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻃﻲ ﺩﻫﻪ ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﺷﻴﻮﻉ ﻋﻔﻮﻧﺖﻫﺎی ﺑﻴﻤﺎﺭﺳﺘﺎﻧﻲ ﻧﺎﺷﻲ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮی ﺩﺭ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﺑﻮﺩﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ. آنزیم های بتالاکتاماز در باکتری ها بسیار متنوع بوده و عامل مهمی در مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی محسوب می شوند.هدف: هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی فراوانی جدایه های اسینتوباکتر مولد بتالاکتامازهای وسیع الطیف در بیمارستان نظامی خصوصا بخش مراقبت های ویژه و بررسی الگوی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی جدایه های این باکتری و راهکارهای کاهش خطر آن.روش کار: در این مطالعه، در یک دوره هشت ماهه، تعداد 100 نمونه از قسمتهای مختلف بیمارستان ارتش استان گیلان گرفته و از نظر وجود اسینتوباکتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از جداسازی اعضای جنس اسینتوباکتر مولد بتالاکتاماز از طریق تست های بیوشیمیایی متنوع، الگوی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی بر اساس استانداردهای CLSI-2011 و همچنین فنوتیپ هاله عدم رشد این جدایه ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته ها:نتایج با توجه به جدول CLSI گزارش گردید: بیشترین مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی در 50 ایزوله اسینتوباکتر بومانی به ترتیب مربوط به آنتی بیوتیک های: سفی پیم100%، سفوتاکسیم 97%، تری متوپریم80% بود همچنین هاله عدم رشد در دیسک های مقاومت سفتریاکسون – کلاولانیک و سفکسیم- کلاولانیک اسید بیش از 5 میلی متر و میزان مقاومت به ترتیب55% و 50%، بود.نتیجه گیری: سویه های A.baumanni با مقاومت چندگانه و تولید کننده بتالاکتاماز به عنوان یک مشکل روزافزون برای مراکز پزشکی در دنیا مطرح هستند و همچنین درصد شیوع این باکتری در بیمارستان ها روبه افزایش است.

جداسازی باکتری Enterococcus sp. 7C37 با توانمندی پروبیوتیکی بالا از پنیر قاینی به عنوان یک محصول تخمیری لبنی در استان خراسان جنوبی
پروبیوتیک ها میکروارگانیزم هایی با اثرات مفید بر سلامت انسان هستند. جداسازی باکتری های جدید با توانمندی پروبیوتیکی موجب گسترش کارایی این گروه از میکروارگانیزم ها در سلامت انسان و حیوانات می گردد. هدف مطالعه حاضر جداسازی و ارزیابی توانمندی پروبیوتیکی باکتری های بدست آمده از پنیر قاینی در استان خراسان جنوبی است. صفات پروبیوتیکی شامل: مقاومت به اسید، مقاومت به صفرا، حساسیت به آنتی بیوتیک ، مهار رشد باکتری های بیماری زا، آبگریزی سطحی، خودتجمعی و آنتی اکسیدانی در جدایه های منتخب بدست آمده از این پنیر سنتی ارزیابی شد. از 96 جدایه باکتری بدست آمده 30 جدایه متفاوت جهت ارزیابی صفات پروبیوتیکی انتخاب شدند. از این تعداد 5 جدایه قادر به رشد پس از 2 ساعت نگهداری در شرایط اسیدی (2=pH) و تحمل صفرا بوده و مورد ارزیابی بیشتر قرار گرفتند. به غیر از مقاومت یک جدایه به کلرآمفنیکل بقیه جدایه ها نسبت به آنتی بیوتیک های بکار برده شده حساس بودند. بیشترین اثر ضد میکروبی این جدایه ها بر علیه باکتری E. coli و Bacillus subtilis بود. جدایه 7C37 متعلق به جنس Enterococcus با %88 تحمل اسید، 44 دقیقه تاخیر رشد در حضور صفرا، حساسیت نسبت به تمامی آنتی بیوتیک ها، اثر ضد میکروبی بر علیه سه باکتری بیماری زا، %9/18 قدرت خودتجمعی، % 5/81 آب گریزی سطحی و % 38 فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی در مجموع بیشترین توانمندی پروبیوتیکی را دارا بود. باکتری های بدست آمده از این پنیرسنتی با دارا بودن صفات لازم می توانند به عنوان انواع پروبیوتیک مورد توجه قرار گیرند.

جداسازی ، همسانهسازی و آنالیزهای بیوانفورماتیکی زیر واحد I ژن سیتوکروم اکسیداز C در مرکبات
سیتوکروم اکسیدازc، کمپلکس پروتئینی در غشاء داخلی میتوکندری یوکاریوت ها و غشاء پلاسمایی پروکاریوت های هوازی است که به عنوان آخرین آنزیم در چرخه انتقال الکترون به اکسیژن ایفای نقش میکند. سیتوکرم اکسیدازc در ساختار خود 3 زیر واحد (2،1 و 3) دارد. در این مطالعه زیر واحد 1 سیتوکروم سی اکسیداز متعلق به پرتقال Citrus sciences بررسی شد. به این منظور پس از طراحی آغازگرهای اختصاصی بر اساس توالیهای حاصل از مطالعه قبلی cDNA-AFLP بر روی گریپ-فروت، پرتقال، لیمو ترش، نارنگی و سلطان مرکبات، ژن مورد نظر با روش PCR تکثیر شد و در پلاسمید pGEM-T همسانه شد. انتخاب نوترکیب ها از طریق سیستم گزینش آبی- سفید صورت گرفت. قطعات همسانه شده برای تایید نهایی توالی یابی شدند. بررسی نرمافزارهای بیوانفورماتیکی نشان داد که این ژن پروتئینی با وزن مولکولی34/23059 کیلودالتون را کد کرده و دارای 217 اسیدآمینه بوده و نقطه ایزوالکتریک آن 94/4 میباشد. هدف این مطالعه جداسازی و همسانه سازی ژن سیتوکروم اکسیدازاز ژنوم گیاه پرتقال و تعیین مشخصات آن است.

حضور و جایگاه تکاملی سه گروه ژنی پلیکتاید سنتازهای تیپ I و II و پپتید سنتتاز غیرریبوزومی در سه سویه استرپتومایسس Iz8، F6 و F9
سابقه و هدف: غربالگری پلیکتاید سنتازها و پپتید سنتتازهای غیرریبوزومی راهی سریع برای اثبات پتانسیل تولید عامل ضدمیکروبی و کشف عوامل دارویی جدید میباشد. در این راستا حضور و جایگاه تکاملی این خوشههای ژنی در سه سویه استرپتومایسس مطالعه شد.مواد و روشها: حضور احتمالی سه گروه ژنی پلیکتاید سنتازهای تیپ I و II و پپتید سنتتازهای غیرریبوزومی به ترتیب در سه سویه استرپتومایسس Iz8،F6 و F9 با استفاده از پرایمرهای لغزشی بررسی و اثبات شد. برای تفکیک قطعات مختلف با اندازه یکسان و توالی متفاوت، محصولات PCR با اندازه مربوطه به وکتور pTG19-T پیوند و سپس در سلولهای اشرشیا کلی سویه TOP10 ترانسفورم شدند. برای بررسی دقیقتر تنوع قطعات، از ژل پلیآکریل آمید استفاده شد. از هر گروه ژنی چند کلون تعببن توالی و درخت فیلوژنی در نرمافزار مستربیز رسم شد.نتایج: کلونهای 3 و 8 از پلیکتاید سنتاز تیپ I، کلون 4 از پلیکتاید سنتاز تیپ II و کلون 5 از پپتید سنتتازهای غیرریبوزومی در پایگاه داده GenBank در سایت NCBI ثبت شدند. درختهای فیلوژنی با همردیفی نوکلئوتیدی و آمینواسیدی نشان دهنده قرارگیری کلون 8 از پلیکتاید سنتاز تیپ I و کلون 4 از پلیکتاید سنتاز تیپ II در کلادهای جداگانه و احتمال تولید عوامل ضدمیکروبی جدید میباشد.نتیجهگیری: با رسم درخت فیلوژنی و تعیین رابطه تکاملی احتمال حضور خوشههای ژنی با ترکیب بندی جدید و بنابراین تولید محصول جدید در سویههای Iz8 و F9 نشان داده شد.

تغییرات فنوتیپی ایجاد شده توسط جهش خودبخودی و ترانسپوزونی در باکتری سودو موناس تولاسی (Pseudomonas tolaasii)
از میان انواع قارچ های خوراکی، قارچ تکمه ای سفید، بیشترین سطح زیر کشت را در اغلب نقاط جهان دارد. باکتری سودوموناس تولاسی (Pseudomonas tolaasii) عامل مهم ایجاد بیماری لکه قهوه ای قارچ خوراکی می باشد که بازارپسندی این محصول را به شدت کاهش می دهد. با توجه به اینکه به واسطه اعمال جهش چهارچوب خوانش ژنوم تغییر کرده و فاکتورهای مؤثر در شدت بیماریزایی مانند قبل تولید نمی شوند، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی بیشتر نقش این فاکتورها بعد از انجام جهش و مقایسه خصوصیات فنوتیپی و ژنوتیپی جهش یافته ها با سویه وحشی بود. در تحقیق حاضر، یک جدایه با توان بیماریزایی بیشتر انتخاب و از دو فرآیند جهش خودبخودی و جهش به وسیله قطعه ترانسپوزون (mini Tn5)، جهت اعمال تغییر ژنتیکی استفاده شد. از میان فاکتورهای مؤثر در شدت بیماریزایی این باکتری، اثر جهش ها بر تولید پایووردین، تولاسین، ایجاد خط سفید و میزان تحرک جدایه ها بررسی گردید. بر اساس داده های به دست آمده، مشخص گردید که میان تولید پایووردین، تولاسین و تشکیل خط سفید با بیماریزایی باکتری رابطه مستقیمی وجود دارد، در حالیکه ارتباط معنی داری میان تحرک در جهش یافته ها با بیماریزایی آنها یافت نشد. مطالعات بیشتر جهت شناسایی ژن های دخیل در این فرآیند ها، در حال انجام است.

بررسی وابستگی جهش زایی سیپروفلوکساسین به UmuC در اشرشیا کلی
مقدمه: استفاده گسترده و نادرست از آنتی بیوتیک ها در سال های اخیر، منجر به انتخاب و گسترش سویه های مقاوم شده است. سیپروفلوکساسین یکی از فلوروکینولون های مؤثر بر باکتری های گرم منفی از جمله اشرشیا کلی است. در باکتری اشرشیا کلی قرارگرفتن در معرض آنتی بیوتیک سیپروفلوکساسین منجربه جهش زایی و مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی می شود، علاوه براین باقرارگرفتن در معرض اشعه UV رونویسی از umuC از طریق سیپروفلوکساسین القا می شود و UmuC برای جهش زایی ناشی از اشعه UV ضروری است. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی وابستگی جهش زایی سیپروفلوکساسین به UmuC در اشرشیا کلی، بود.مواد و روش ها: دراین مطالعه از سویه- UmuC باکتری اشرشیا کلی استفاده شد و مقاومت به سیپروفلوکساسین به صورت پلکانی در آن ایجاد شد. برای تعیین MICسیپروفلوکساسین از آزمون رقت متوالی در محیط مایع استفاده شد. میزان فراوانی موتاسیون در حضور سیپروفلوکساسین و اشعه UV تعیین شد.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که کلونهای با مقاومت کم و متوسط را می توان از موتان- UmuC تولید نمود و فراوانی موتاسیون پایین بود.بحث و نتیجه گیری: بنابراین حضور UmuC برای ایجاد موتان هایی با مقاومت بالا به سیپروفلوکساسین لازم است و در جهش زایی نقش مهمی دارد. پایین بودن فراوانی موتاسیون علت بدست آمدن موتان هایی با مقاومت کم و متوسط به سیپروفلوکساسین را نشان می دهد، درعین حال پیشنهاد می کند؛ در عدم حضور UmuC فاکتورهای دیگری هم می توانند تاثیر گذار باشند که نیاز به بررسی بیشتر دارد.

بررسی اثر پانیسیک اسید روغن هسته انار بربیان ژن متالو پروتئیناز یک و سه در سلولهای THP-1 تحریک شده با لیپوپلی ساکارید در مقایسه با ترکیبات دارویی استروئیدی وغیر استروئیدی
مقدمه: استئوآرتریت شایع ترین بیماری مفصلی فاقد درمان دارویی کامل است. مهم ترین عامل ناتوانی در سالمندان و شایع ترین بیماری دژنراتیو مفصلی در کشورهای در حال توسعه می باشد. اصلی ترین تظاهر آسیب شناسی آن درسطح بافتی، تخریب موضعی غضروف مفصلی است. آنزیم های ماتریکس متالو پروتئیناز (MMPS) خانواده بزرگ آنزیم های پروتئولایتیک وابسته به روی می باشند که در پیشرفت وگسترش بیماری های التهابی مثل استئوآرتریت شناخته شده است. مواد وروش ها: در این مطالعه تجربی ، پانیسیک اسید روغن هسته انار از شرکت کارلاوان کرمان خریداری شد. سلولهای THP-1 از انستیتو پاستور تهیه وکشت داده شد و با غلظت های (8 تا100 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر) و در فاصله زمانی (24،48،72ساعت)، سمیت سلولی پانیسیک اسید بر علیه سلولهای THP-1 تحریک شده با LPS، با استفاده از MTT( با طول موج 540) بررسی و جهت سنجش میزان اثر مهار کنندگی PA بر فعالیت ماتریکس متالو پروتئینازها، الایزا، وسترن بلات،مهاجرت سلولی و تهاجم انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری T.student وANOVA تجزیه شد. یافته ها : نتایج الایزا و وسترن بلات اثر مهارکنندگی پانیسیک اسید را بر روی بیان MMP-1 نشان داد. ولی بر میزان بیان MMP-3 تاثیری نداشت. همچنین بر اساس آزمون MTT میزان LC50 معادل 50 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر گزارش شد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تاثیر پانیسیک اسید بر میزان بیان برخی MMPSو اثرکم آن بر MMP-1، این ماده می تواند به عنوان یک کاندید بالقوه مطالعات بیشتر بر روی سایر MMP ها و جایگزینی داروهای شیمیایی معرفی گردد.

سنتز نانو ذرات گرافن و بررسی اثرات ضد باکتریایی آن بر اشریشیاکلی و استافیلوکوک اورئوس
در چند سال اخیر استفاده از نانو ذرات در حوزه هایی چون پزشکی، دارو، کشاورزی، صنعت و محیط زیست توسعه فراوانی یافته است. در پزشکی انواع مختلف این نانو ذرات برای مقاصدی چون درمان سرطان ها، زخم ها، عفونت ها و نیز انتقال دارو بکار می روند. در این میان، گرافن (Graphene) یک ماده جدید دو بعدی است که به دلیل خصوصیات ویژه چون سطح مقطع بالا، رسانایی الکتریکی و حرارتی بالا، کشش مکانیکی و سازگارپذیری و هزینه کم تولید در مقیاس بالا کاربردهای زیادی در الکترونیک و پزشکی پیدا کرده است. برای نمونه، امروزه از نانو ذرات گرافن در رهایش دارو، حسگرهای زیستی، تصویر برداری و ترکیبات ضد میکروبی استفاده می شود. گرافن از پودر گرافیت طبیعی با استفاده از روش هامر سنتز شد. سپس سمیت این نانوذره در غلظت های 1، 10 و 100 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر محیط کشت باکتری بر روی باکتریهای گرم مثبت استافیلوکوک اورئوس و سویه گرم منفی اشریشیاکلی بررسی شد. نتایج آنالیزهای دستگاهیAFM نشان داد که ضخامت ورق تک لایه 5/0 و پس از احیاء گرافن به 4/1 نانومتر تغییر کرده است. افزایش ضخامت در هر دو طرف ورق rGO به خوبی دیده میشود. نتایج اثر سمیت گرافن و گرافن احیائ شده بر باکتریها نشان داد که گرافن و گرافن احیائ شده در غلظت های 10 و 100 برای باکتریها سمیت داشته و میزان رشد باکتریها را کاهش داده است
