Golpar (Heracleum persicum Desf. Ex fisch) belonging to Apiaceae, has the nutrition values and medical importance. The aim of present study is reveal the comparative toxic impact of lead, copper and zinc on the mitotic cell of root tips of Golpar. So the root tips of H. persicum, were treated with graded concentrations (viz. 50, 100, 150 and 200 ppm) of lead, copper and zinc. This is the first report of heavy metals on Heracleum persicum. The mitotic index and total abnormality percentage were calculated based on achieved data. Data shows that heavy metals concentrations, significantly lead to the decrease mitotic index by prevented root tips cells entering cell division phases. Mitotic abnormalities in the root tips cells have shown a concentration-dependent increase at different concentration in all treated sets. Mitotic abnormalities include sticky chromosome, micronucleus, laggard chromosome, bridge and precocious movement. The results of the present investigation indicated that lead, copper and zinc have genotoxic effects especially at higher concentrations. The ability of genotoxicity in the three studied elements is reduced from lead to copper and zinc, respectively. Due to the nutritional and medicinal importance of Golpar, the result of this study should be considered as a warning for the toxic effects of environmental pollutants on plants and even human health.}, keywords = {Genotoxic,heavy metal,Heracleum persicum,Mitotic abnormalities}, title_fa = {ناهنجاری‌های کروموزومی القاء شده توسط فلزات سنگین در گیاه گلپر (Heracleum persicum Desf. ex fisch)}, abstract_fa = {باتوجه به رشد فزآینده آلاینده ها در محیط زیست، به منظور تعیین اثر تخریبی فلزات سنگین بر کروموزوم ها از انتهای ریشه‌ی گیاهان گلدار استفاده می‌شود. گیاه گلپر (Heracleum persicum Desf. ex fisch.) از تیره چتریان (َApiaceae) می باشد که دارای اهمیت غذایی و دارویی فراوانی است. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه اثر برخی فلزات سنگین مانند سرب، مس و روی در چرخه میتوزی انتهای ریشه گیاه گلپر می باشد. به این منظور انتهای ریشه این گیاه توسط غلظت های افزایشی (50، 100، 150، 200 پی پی ام) از فلزات سرب، روی و مس تیمار شدند. این مطالعه اولین گزارش از اثر فلزات سنگین در تقسیم میتوزی گیاه گلپر می‌باشد. بر اساس داده‌های حاصل، شاخص میتوزی و درصد ناهنجاری‌های کروموزومی محاسبه شدند. داده‌ها نشان دادند که تراکم فلزات سنگین با ممانعت از ورود سلول‌های انتهای ریشه به تقسیم میتوزی باعث کاهش قابل ملاحظه شاخص میتوزی شدند. ناهنجاری‌های میتوزی در سلول‌های انتهای ریشه، در تمام تیمارها افزایش وابسته به غلظت نشان دادند. از جمله ناهنجاری‌های میتوزی می‌توان به چسبندگی کروموزوم، میکرونوکلئوس، کروموزوم سرگردان، پل و جدا شدن زودهنگام کروموزوم‌ها اشاره کرد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد سه عنصر سرب، روی و مس به ویژه در غلظت‌های بالا تخریب کننده میتوز در گیاه گلپر می‌باشند. توانایی سمیت ژنی در سه عنصر بررسی شده به ترتیب از سرب به مس و روی دارای روند کاهشی است. با توجه به اهمیت غذایی و دارویی گیاه گلپر، نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند زنگ خطری برای اثر سمی آلاینده‌های محیطی بر گیاهان و حتی سلامت انسان باشد.}, keywords_fa = {سمیت ژنی,فلزات سنگین,گلپر,ناهنجاری‌های میتوزی}, url = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1948.html}, eprint = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1948_ff274179d19654017f00a6a971e25e2d.pdf} }
