In this study, the variation of miR-21 and miR-29 expression in the gastric cancer cell line was investigated when was exposed under the influence of electromagnetic fields with 0.25 and 2.5 ml Tesla strength, in two type of continuous and discontinues radiation.Materials and Methods: Gastric cancer cell line culture, was exposed to the electromagnetic radiation system including 0.25 and 2.5 ml Tesla field strength and in continuous and discontinues radiation, and was compared with a non-radiation control group. After RNA extraction from cells, using the cDNA synthesis and by Real Time PCR variations of two microRNAs expression was explored and results was statistical analyzed. Results: According the results, cell viability percent in electromagnetic field radiation compare to the control group, was showed significant decrease. Eexpression of miR-21 and miR-29 was showed significant increase due to increase the electromagnetic field radiation strength. As also, nearby over expression of miR-21 and miR-29 in two type radiation, cell viability percent was shown significant decline.Conclusion: Finding demonstrated radiation with very low frequency electromagnetic field in the gastric cancer cell line has led to over expression of the miR-21 and miR-29, which confirmation beside future studies, it's could be proposed as molecular biomarker for gastric cancer.}, keywords = {gastric cancer,Electromagnetic field radiation,miR-21,miR-29,Gastric Cancer cell line}, title_fa = {اثر میدان‌های الکترومغناطیسی با شدت‌های 25/0 و 5/2 میلی تسلا در دو نوع تابش پیوسته و ناپیوسته بر بیان ژن های miR-21 و miR-29 در رده‌های سلولی سرطان معده}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: مطالعات بیوالکترومغناطیس و نقش تابش‌های میدان‌های الکترومغناطیس با فرکانس بسیار پایین از عوامل محیطی مهم در بروز و درمان سرطان ها می‌باشد. در این مطالعه تغییرات بیان miR-21 و miR-29 در رده سلولی سرطان معده تحت تأثیر تابش میدان‌های الکترومغناطیس با شدت‌های 25/0 و 5/2 میلی تسلا در دو نوع تابش پیوسته و ناپیوسته بررسی شد.مواد و روش ها: رده سلولی سرطانی معده، تحت تابش میدان الکترومغناطیسی در دو شدت میدان 25/0 و 5/2 میلی تسلا و دو نوع تابش پیوسته و ناپیوسته قرار گرفتند و با یک گروه کنترل که تحت تابش قرار نداشت، مقایسه شدند. پس از استخراج RNA از سلول ها، سنتز cDNA انجام شد و با استفاده از روش Real Time PCR تغییرات بیان دو microRNA بررسی و نتایج انالیز اماری شدند.نتایج: بر اساس نتایج میزان بقای سلول ها در تابش میدان‌های الکترومغناطیسی نسبت به کنترل کاهش معنی‌داری نشان داد. افزایش میزان بیان miR-21 و miR-29 در هر دو میدان‌ الکترومغناطیسی با افزایش شدت میدان معنی دار بود. همچنین با افزایش بیان miR-21 و miR-29 در هر دو نوع تابش میزان زنده ماندن سلول‌ها کاهش معناداری نشان داد.بحث: نتایج مشخص نمود تابش میدان‌های الکترومغناطیس با فرکانس بسیار پایین در رده سلولی سرطان معده سبب افزایش بیان miR-21 و miR-29 شده که تایید تحقیقات بیشتر می تواند ان را بعنوان بیومارکر مولکولی برای سرطان معده مطرح نماید.}, keywords_fa = {سرطان معده,تابش میدان‌های الکترومغناطیس,miR-21,miR-29,رده سلولی سرطان معده}, url = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1913.html}, eprint = {https://cell.ijbio.ir/article_1913_a43565a8c53a38fca672bc455d28cb32.pdf} }
